<br />You are hereby notified that Carol M. Castleberry, a single person, as Trustor, did on

<br />make, execute and deliver unto Arend R. Baack, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the

<br />described real property:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), in Block "C ", in Parkview Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn. of Grand
<br />Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 12, 2002, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200213853.
<br />On or about December 11, 2002, Home Federal Savings and Loan Assn. of Grand Island, Beneficiary, assigned
<br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment
<br />was recorded December 12, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200213854.
<br />On or about April 7, 2003, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was
<br />recorded April 14, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200304456.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of ?Tall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
