The Assignment <br />was recorded December 12, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. <br />0200213854. <br />On or about April 7, 2003, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was <br />recorded April 14, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. <br />0200304456. <br />Camille R.
