<br />and running Easterly, along and upon the North line of said NE 1/4, a distance of
<br />2,412.46 feet; thence deflecting Right 89 degrees, 32 minutes, 10 seconds, and
<br />running Southerly, a distance of 1,952.85 feet; thence deflecting Right 90 degrees,
<br />03 minutes, 00 seconds and running Westerly a distance of 3,052.15 feet; thence
