<br />corner of said NE 1/4; thence deflecting Left 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 50 seconds,
<br />and running Easterly, along and upon the North line of said NE 1/4, a distance of
<br />2,412.46 feet; thence deflecting Right 89 degrees, 32 minutes, 10 seconds, and
<br />running Southerly, a distance of 1,952.85 feet; thence deflecting Right 90 degrees,
<br />03 minutes, 00 seconds and running Westerly a distance of 3,052.15 feet; thence
<br />deflecting Right 90 degrees, 06 minutes, 35 seconds and running Northerly, a
<br />distance of 1,975.07 feet to the Point of Beginning.
