<br />That GRANTOR, Woitaszewski Brothers Farm, ID #47- 0742489, a joint venture
<br />consisting of Ken and Debra Woitaszewski's Corporation, Ron and Kathy

<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on
<br />the north line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 14), said point being Two
