DEED OF TRUST L <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on October 14, 2004, the Trustor is JOSEPH �--- <br />SUNDERMEIER, a single person, a/k/a Borrower. The Trustee is the City Attorney. The <br />Beneficiary is THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal city corporation, <br />a/k /a Lender.
