<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rudolf F Plate and Jeannice R
<br />Plate, Husband and Wife, and Tim C Plate, an Unmarried Individual, to TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK (by merger), Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by
<br />merger), the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 31, 2004 and recorded April 5, 2004 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200403296 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Five (5), Westwood Park Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
