LICENSE AGREEMENT
<br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and PROCON
<br />MANAGEMENT, INC., a Nebraska corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."
<br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set
<br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and
<br />utilize the following described improvement which will encroach on the Licensor's right -of -way:
<br />Installation, maintenance, and repair of out - swinging exterior doors located on the
<br />northerly edge of the building (along Pine Street) at 208 N. Pine Street, and out -
<br />swinging exterior doors located on the south side of such building, (eastern most
<br />doors along Second Street) as shown on the attached drawing. Doors are to be
<br />used as emergency exits only, and must be marked as such. Alarms must be
<br />installed to the doors to sound when doors are open. In addition, the locks on the
<br />outside of the doors must be removed: no entrance from the outside of the
<br />building shall be allowed from these doors.
<br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the
<br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's right -of -way to which this License
<br />Agreement shall apply:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Sixty Six (66), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the
<br />Licensee may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvements at the
<br />Licensee's sole risk. The Licensee hereby waives any claim for damages against the Licensor, its
