<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated 6/18/2001 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
