Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on May 5, <br />1999 in Instrument No. 99- 104676 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to <br />Fleet Mortgage Corporation on April 28, 1999 and recorded on May 5, <br />1999 at Instrument No. 99- 104677 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, fka Washington <br />Mutual Home Loans, inc., successor in interest by merger to Fleet <br />Mortgage Corporation of the amount needed to bring this obligation <br />current.
