<br />LYLE KENT, Personal Representative of the Estate of EMMA KEMP, Deceased
<br />(Hall County Court Case No. PR03 -222), Grantor, conveys and releases to LYLE KENT,
<br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4SE1 /4)
<br />of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4)
<br />of said Section, One Hundred Twenty -Two (122) Rods South of the
<br />Northeast corner of said Quarter section, running thence West and
<br />parallel with the North line of said Quarter Section, Eighty (80) Rods,
<br />more or less, to the West line of the East Half of said Southeast Quarter,
<br />thence South along said West line Twenty (20) Rods, thence East
<br />parallel with the North line of said Quarter Section, Eighty (80) Rods,
<br />more or less, to the East line of said Quarter Section, and thence North

<br />Deed recorded in Book 44 at Page 122 of the Deed Records of Hall County
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />The Easterly Seven Hundred Thirty -Five Feet Four Inches (E735' 4 ") of
<br />the Southerly Nine (9) Acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE 1 /4SE 1 /4) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />subject to public roads and highways, easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor has determined that the Grantee is the person entitled to distribution of
<br />the real estate of said estate. Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
