<br />electric utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a tract
<br />of land consisting of part of Lot Nine (9), Block 3 of Summerfield 40' Subdivision located in the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6`" P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska more particularly
