Said <br />permanent drainage easement contains 1,573.78 square feet or 0.036 acres more <br />or less <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under and across such <br />land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted necessary for the full and complete <br />use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement herein granted, including the right to excavate <br />and refill ditches and trenches, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, bushes, hedges, <br />undergrowth, and other obstructions from the surface of such tract interfering with the location, <br />construction, inspection, repair, replacement, removal and maintenance of such storm water <br />drain.
