<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Janette H. Modelski, a single
<br />person, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank,
<br />successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), the Beneficiary named therein dated December 10, 2002 and recorded
<br />December 12, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 200213850 of
<br />the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />Lot 13, Block 15, Ashton Place to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
