WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated JANUARY 17, 2003, executed by RICHARD BLACKBURN AND CAROL BLACKBURN,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS, as Trustor, for the benefit of AMERIQUEST
<br />MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded FEBRUARY 10, 2003 as
