<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated July 17, 2002, owing
<br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.

<br />Trust dated July 17, 2002, Cooney Properties, Inc., was the Trustor, which was filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 22, 2002, as Document No.
<br />200207570 and contains as trust property, the following- described real estate:

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Fourteen (14), Block Five (5), Koehler Place, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
