<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />The Westerly Ninety -Two (92) feet of Lot Fourteen (14),
<br />in Block Six (6), in Koehler Place, an addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated July 18,2000, and recorded on July 25, 2000,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Instrument No. 0200006008 wherein Jorge Vasquez aka Jorge Vazquez
<br />and Maria M. Vazquez, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $53,47.00 and interest thereon according to the
<br />terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage
<br />Corporation by an Assignment dated July 19, 2000 and recorded on
<br />July 25, 2000 in Instrument No. 200006009 in the Office of the
