<br />Janice E. Houle and Howard J. Houle, Jr., wife and husband, Grantors, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
<br />of which is acknowledged, do hereby convey to Richard Cash and Andrea Cash, husband
<br />and wife, with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following -
<br />described property, to -wit:
<br />An undivided 1/4 interest in and to Lot 3, Block 78, Wheeler and Bennett's
<br />Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns forever.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: 1) are lawfully seised of such
<br />real estate and that it is free from encumbrance; 2) have legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey the same, 3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
