<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by o
<br />JOHN J MUELLER AND BARBARA J MUELLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 10, 2003 and recorded MARCH 26, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200303526 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />EASTERLY FOURTEEN FEET (E 14') OF LOT SIX (6) AND THE WESTERLY FORTY -
<br />TWO FEET (W42') OF LOT SEVEN (7) IN FRANZEN SUBDIVISION A REPLAT OF LOT
<br />TWENTY ONE (2 1) ISLAND ACRES CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
