<br />therein as follows:
<br />Lot 6, Block 16, COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER with the Note or Notes therein described or referred to, the monies due and to become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue
<br />under said Deed Of Trust and Note. To have and to hold the same unto the Assignee.
