<br />Together with all improvements thereupon and the rights, alleys, ways, waters, easements, privileges, appurtenances

<br />This Quitclaim Deed is executed pursuant to the terms of an intervivos trust agreement entitled THE TRUST OF LOIS
<br />L. NIEMOTH dated 9- 2-9 , 2004, under which Trust the Grantor of this Deed is also the Settlor, the initial Trustee
<br />and the lifetime Beneficiary.
