<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Lutheran High School
<br />Association of Central Nebraska, Inc.
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 29,
<br />2001, and recorded July 2, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds Hall County Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200106420, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;

<br />SECTION TWENTY -FIVE (25), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10),
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPT THAT TRACT DEEDED
<br />TO THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 137, AT
<br />PAGE 495 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND EXCEPT
<br />THAT TRACT DEEDED TO MARVIN LAUTENSCHLAGER AND VIOLET
<br />LAUTENSCHLAGER AS RECORDED IN BOOK 144, AT PAGE 109 OF THE DEED
<br />RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND EXCEPT THOSE TRACTS DEEDED TO
<br />WILLIE J. VOGELTANZ AND MILDRED R. VOGELTANZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS
<br />RECORDED IN BOOK 168 AT PAGE 117, AND IN BOOK 171, AT PAGE 215 OF THE
<br />DEED RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
