<br />and wife to Samuel L. Burmood and Margaret B. Burmood, husband and wife, bearing date November 19,
<br />1993, recorded in Document Number 93- 110567, in the office of State of Nebraska County of Hall , securing that
<br />certain note in the principal sum of Thirty Five thousand dollars, and certain nromises and obligations set forth in
<br />said mortgage, upon the following described land situate in Hall County, NE . to -wit:
<br />All that portion of Lots 3,4,5, Island, in Section 29, Township 9 North, Range 12
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying South of the Interstate Highway
<br />80, excepting those portions thereof deeded to the State of Nebraska by deeds recorded
<br />in Deed Book 137, page 249, and Deed Book 137, page 507 in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds.
<br />OWNER hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage, and surrenders the
<br />same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
