DEED OF RECONVEYANCE -
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: s• Sd
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Michael T Leaman and Ralisa E Leaman, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 19th day of
<br />April, 2004 and recorded on the 29th day of October, 2004, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska at Inst. No. 0200403857, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), in Block One (1), in Knickrehm Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
