Howard, a single woman, as Trustor, did on or about July 23, 2001, <br />make, execute and deliver unto First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor <br />conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot 193, West Lawn Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said <br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on July 31, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200107502. <br />On or about July 26, 2001, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded <br />July 31, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200107503. <br />Camille R.
