DISTR°GT COURT,' <br />E� <br />Respondent. <br />NOW ON THIS 21st day of October, 1996, the above matter <br />came on to be heard on the Petition for Dissolution of <br />Marriage. Petitioner was present and represented by per <br />attorney, Mary Morgan Cote. The Respondent was present in <br />Court and was represented by his attorney, John R. Higgins, <br />Jr. <br />The Petitioner testified and an oral property <br />settlement agreement was presented to the Court. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, hereby <br />finds and orders as follows: <br />1. That Petitioner has been a resident of the State of <br />Nebraska for more than one year prior to the filing of the <br />Petition and is a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />2. The Petition for Dissolution of Marriage was filed <br />on June 26, 1996, and the Respondent Sheridan Tracy <br />Anderson, entered his Voluntary Appearance on the same date; <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over both parties and <br />the subject matter of this action; <br />4. The Petitioner is not a party to any other pending <br />actions for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage; <br />5. The parties were married on June 19, 1964, in <br />Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, and there were no children <br />born of the marriage; <br />6. The marriage of the Petitioner and the Respondent <br />is irretrievably broken, every reasonable effort to effect <br />reconciliation has been made and those efforts have failed; <br />7.
