200409594 <br />DC. <br />The purchaser of a lot in the said subdivision shall construct his home within two <br />years after purchasing the lot and the exterior of the house shall be completed within 12 <br />months from the start of construction. <br />X. <br />No billboards or sign boards (except suitable signs for advertising the sale of any lot) <br />shall be erected or allowed to remain upon any lots. <br />XI. <br />These covenants, restrictions and conditions are to run with the land and shall be <br />binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until January 1, 2025 at which <br />time said covenants shall automatically be extended for successive periods of five years <br />unless by a vote of the majority of the then owners of the lots, it is agreed to change the <br />said covenants in whole or in part. <br />XII. <br />If the first party hereto, or his heirs or assigns shall violate or attempt to violate any of <br />the covenants herein, it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning lots in <br />said subdivision to prosecute any proceedings at law or in equity against any person or <br />persons violating or attempting to violate any such covenant and either to prevent him or <br />them from so doing to recover damages or other relief for such violations. <br />XIII. <br />Invalidation of any of these covenants by Judgment, Court Order, or Federal <br />Regulation shall in no way affect any other provision and they shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />This indenture and the faithful performance of the terms thereof shall be binding upon <br />the heirs, administrators, executors, assigns, grantees and devisees of the said Westwood <br />Park Eighth Subdivision and upon the purchaser or purchasers of any lot or lots in said <br />Westwood Park Eighth Subdivision. <br />In witness thereof, we ave her to set this 22nd day of September, 2004. <br />1 <br />RUDOLF P TIM C.
