<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Housing Development Corporation to
<br />TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), Trustee for the Benefit of TierOne Bank,
<br />successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), the beneficiary named therein, dated July 6, 2004 and recorded
<br />July 6, 2004 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200406686 in the Trust
<br />Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Ten (10), Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
