<br />You are hereby notified that Lorenza Felipe, an unmarried woman, as Trustor, did on or about February 25,
<br />1998, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The East Fifty -Four (54') feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Seventeen (17), Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on March 2, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument No. 98- 101873. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on March 11, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 102186.
<br />On or about February 25, 1998, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded
<br />March 2, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 101874. Said
<br />Assignment was rerecorded on March 11, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 102187.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
