Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CHRISTINE M JEMISON -FLOR -EZ AND THOMAS FLOREZ WIFE AND
<br />HUSBAND to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JULY 16, 2001 and recorded JULY 24, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200107280 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to

<br />OF 112 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE EASTERLY ON
<br />AND ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 9, A DISTANCE OF 60
<br />FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID
