DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 6, 2004, executed by Kenneth E. Shuda, a Married
<br />Person and Christy Sullivan, his Spouse, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200404709, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 12th day of May, 2004, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Twenty two (22) Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />4017 Sandalwood Dr.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #0200404709 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 12th day of May, 2004, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 24th day of September, 2004.
