DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION <br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST <br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 6, 2004, executed by Kenneth E.
