<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Greg Stine and Diane M
<br />Stine, as husband and wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee for the benefit of
<br />TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), the Beneficiary named therein dated February 7, 2003
<br />and recorded February 13, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number
<br />200301786 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Regency by the Green Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
