<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice
<br />R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. Plate, an unmarried individual, to TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), Trustee for the benefit of TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK (by merger), the Beneficiary named therein, dated September 10, 2002 and November 1, 2002 and recorded
<br />September 12, 2002 and November 4, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instruments
<br />No. 200209611 and No. 0200212025 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
