<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Terri
<br />McNeal, TRUSTOR, to Gregory H. Perry, TRUSTEE, for the benefit of Precision Siding
<br />and Construction Company, BENEFICIARY, named therein, dated October 9, 1996, and
<br />recorded November 18, 1996 as instrument No. 96- 108998 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; has been paid, and the successor of said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by the Satisfaction and Release of Deed of Trust attached hereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the successor Beneficiary, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
