<br />feet; thence S46 °37'57 "E a distance of 35.45 feet; thence N88 022'02 "E a
<br />distance of 149.60 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 11; thence
<br />S00 055'48 "E along said east line a distance of 10.10 feet to the southeast
<br />comer of said Lot 11; thence S88 °22'52 "W along the south line of said Lot I 1
