AND MERLENE ROE OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA; herein called the Grantors, in consideration of ONE <br />DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, hereby grants, <br />bargains, sells, conveys, and confirms unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />A municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a tract <br />of land for a public right -of -way consisting of part of Lot 2 of Hesselgesser Subdivision, <br />located in the Southeast quarter of Section 24, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6`h <br />PM, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1 of said Hesselgesser Subdivision; <br />thence on a assumed bearing of S88 °23'57 "W along the south line of said Lot <br />1 a distance of 346.01 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 2, said point also <br />being the point of beginning; thence continuing S88 °23'57 "W along the south <br />line of said Lot 2 a distance of 44.09 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 2; <br />thence N11 °27'45 "W along the west line of said Lot 2 a distance of 3.04 feet; <br />thence N88 °22'03 "E a distance of 44.14 feet to a point on the east line of said <br />Lot 2; thence S 10 °36'01 "E along said east line a distance of 3.06 feet to the <br />point of beginning.
