<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1, said point also being the point of
<br />beginning; thence on a assumed bearing of S88 °23'57 "W along the south line
<br />of said Lot 1 a distance of 346.01 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 1,
<br />thence N10 °36'01 "W along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance of 3.06 feet;
<br />thence N88 °22'03 "E a distance of 262.01 feet; thence N85 °30' 18 "E a distance
<br />of 60.07 feet; thence N88 °22'03 "E a distance of 22.13 feet to a point on the
<br />east line of sad Lot 1, said line also being the west Right -of -Way (R.O.W.) line
<br />of U.S. HWY 281; thence S22 °18'11 "E along said east line a distance of 6.64
<br />feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 1236.32 square feet or 0.028
<br />acres more or less.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements,
