<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />As used herein, Deed of Trust means that document dated
<br />January 22, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 98- 101202,
<br />wherein ROBERT W. GIESENHAGEN, a single man, is Trustor, HOWARD
<br />E. TRACY, Attorney, is Trustee, and MEADOW RANCH CO., a Colorado
<br />corporation, is Beneficiary of the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) through Twelve (12), inclusive, in Francis
<br />Court Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Acting pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary given on
<br />September 20, 2004, the Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto only the following portion of the above
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Francis Court Subdivision in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Nc lot other than the above described Lot Ter_ (10) is hereby
<br />released from the Deed of Trust. Instead, the Deed of Trust
<br />remains in full force and effect as to all lots described therein
<br />except for Lot Ten (10) and except for Lots One (1), Two (2),
<br />Three ( 3) , Four ( 4) , Six ( 6) , Seven ( 7) , Eight ( 8) , Nine ( 9) ,
<br />Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) which were previously released from
<br />the Deed of Trust.
