Wanda Standlee Buechler, a /k /a Wanda S. Buechler, a /k /a Wanda
<br />Buechler, Trustee of The Buechler Living Trust dated August 26,
<br />1997, herein called the GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consider-
<br />ation of transfer into trust, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto Wanda Standlee Buechler, as Trustee, or her

<br />North of State Highway No. 2 excepting therefrom the
<br />Railroad right -of -way and tract of land deeded to Hall
<br />County by Warranty Deeds recorded as Document Nos. 88-
<br />100944, 88- 100945, 86- 100946, 288-100947,
<br />00303545, 200303544, and
<br />100949, 88- 100950, 200303546,
<br />200303547, and all of Section Thirty -three (33) lying
<br />North of State Highway No. 2 excepting therefrom the
<br />Railroad right -of -way, all of the above being in Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />IIall County, Nebraska; and all of Sections One (1) and
<br />Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
