<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust CO
<br />dated May 26, 1998 from trustor(s) Jeff B. Rewerts and Chris A. Rewerts for the benefit
<br />of TMS Mortgage Inc, dba the Money Store now known as HomEq Servicing
<br />Corporation Deed of Trust was recorded November 21, 2000 as Inst. No. 0200010147 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
