<br />records in the office of the county recorder of HALL County, State of Nebraska.

<br />County, Nebraska
<br />Flagstar Bank, FSB, f /k /a First Security Savings Bank, FSB Hereby substitutes and
<br />appoints themselves as Trustee in lieu of the above Trustee, under said Deed of
<br />Trust.
<br />Whereas said SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE, pursuant to the request of said owner and holder
