Geddes, Grand Island, Nebraska, do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Nickie J. Kallos, Jr., now residing at 516 North Plum, Grand Island, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my use and benefit. A. TO RECEIVE DEBTS AND PAYMENTS.
