<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Mr. Nickie Kallos, Sr. and Rosie
<br />Kallos, Husband and Wife, ( "Assignor ") for good and valuable consideration to it in hand
<br />paid by Credit -Based Asset Servicing and Securitization LLC, a Delaware limited
<br />liability company, receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />assign transfer and set over unto Assignee all its rights, title and interest in and to that
<br />certain Deed of Trust executed by Mr. Francisco Quijano and Mrs. Adalicia Quijano,
<br />husband and wife, to NICKIE J. KALLOS, SR. and ROSIF, KALLOS, husband and wife,
<br />dated December 18, 2001 covering the following property in the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Lot 2, Block 14, Bakers Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />And filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />February 01, 2002, and appearing of record in Instrument No. 200201322 with the note(s)
<br />of indebtedness described in and secured by the instrument aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Credit -Based Asset Servicing and
<br />Securitization LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and unto its successors and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE expressly subject to and in accordance with the
<br />warranties and representations of Assignor with Assignee pursuant to a certain Sellers
<br />Representations and Warranties Agreement between Assignor and Assignee, a copy of
<br />which is on files in the Office of Assignee.
