KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Gaylord H. Hanssen and Dee Ann Hanssen,
<br />Husband and Wife to BANK OF DONIPHAN, TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the BENEFICIARY named
<br />therein dated 3 -24 -2004 and recorded 3 -29 -2004 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS Of HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as,
<br />document 0200402948 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has request in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
