<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the Deeds of Trust executed among, TODD BALFOUR and STACEY BALFOUR, Husband
<br />and Wife, ( "Trustor ") and Hastings State Bank, ( "Trustee "), for the benefit of Hastings
<br />State Bank, the Beneficiary, named therein, dated November 8, 2001 and recorded
<br />December 20, 2001 as Instrument No 0200113134 and Instrument No 0200113135 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid.
