<br />DOROTHY LUCILLE JOHNSON, a single person, herein called the
<br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR
<br />($1.00) received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm (SUBJECT TO MY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED LIFE
<br />ESTATE WHICH I HEREBY RETAIN) unto SHARON K. GIANNAKOPOULOS, the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />The East Half (E'er) of Lot Six (6) in Block One Hundred
<br />Twenty -two (122) in Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />subject to any easements or restrictive covenants of
<br />record.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the said Grantee and
<br />with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized of
<br />said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and that I
<br />have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and I
<br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the
<br />said Grantor hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim and
