TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />DEWAYNE D DYMEK AND RHONDA L_DYMEK, FKA RHONDA HARTMAN, <br />HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary <br />named therein, dated MARCH 6, 2003 and recorded MARCH 21, 2003 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200303306 has been paid, and <br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to <br />such premises: <br />LOTS TWENTY (20) AND TWENTY -ONE (2 1) IN ARGO SECOND SUBDIVISION <br />VILLAGE OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 9th <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />day of September , 2004 <br />xn.,.
