Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as <br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, <br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle, <br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty, <br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />Lot 89, BuenaVista subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated March 12, 2001, and recorded on March 19, <br />2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200102117 wherein Gregory D. Lytle and <br />Robin L. Lytle, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mountain <br />West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title <br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and <br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the <br />property above described to secure, among other obligations, <br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount <br />of $45,162.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; <br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by <br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet National Bank by an <br />Assignment dated March 12, 2001 and recorded on March 19, 2001 as <br />Instrument No. 200102118 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska.
