<br />has been paid in full, and has requested in 4229 Texas Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 -1008
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
