Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated March 17, 1999 from trustor(s) Octaviano Ramirez and Merced Ramirez for the
<br />benefit of First Union Home Equity Bank, N.A. now known as Wachovia Bank of
<br />Delaware, N.A. which Deed of Trust was recorded March 26, 1999 as Inst. No. 99-
<br />103118 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and S`Jo
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot 4, Block 11, Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
