<br />The undersigned, JoAnn G. Johanns, in consideration for the sum of $157,100.00 (of
<br />which $41,625.73 has been previously advanced as a loan for unreimbursed expenses on the sale
<br />of the real estate herein described and is now applied to the assignment, so the balance of
<br />$115,474.27 will be paid upon execution of this assignment), hereby assigns and conveys to
<br />John R. Johanns, Jr., 1803 West 132nd Avenue Circle, Omaha, Nebraska 68154 all of the
<br />undersigned's right, title and interest in and to the note dated on or about December 19, 2003 in
<br />the principal sum of $157,100.00, payable to the undersigned by Donald P. and Sharon K. Tracy,
<br />and to the Deed of Trust, as recorded in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds office as
<br />Instrument number 200400151, dated on or about December 19, 2003, by and among Donald P.
<br />and Sharon K. Tracy, as Trustor, Jim R. Titus, as Trustee and the undersigned as beneficiary.
<br />This assignment is a complete assignment of said Promissary Note to John R. Johanns Jr., and a
<br />complete assignment of the beneficial interest of JoAnn G. Johanns in said Deed of Trust to John
<br />R. Johanns Jr., and it shall be effective August 20, 2004, so that the interest payment due August
<br />19, 2004 shall be payable to the undersigned and any payment thereafter shall be payable to the
<br />assignee.
<br />The above referenced Deed of Trust secures the above referenced Note by a lien on Lot
<br />14, Block 1, Jenkinson Subdivision and Lot 29, Sass's 2nd Subdivision, all in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska (2615 Jan Street and 3415 Gregory, respectively).
