<br />Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, Beneficiary, and recorded February 28, 2002, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200202182 of the mortgage records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
